Sending a Campaign to a Klaviyo Segment via Tall Bob

If you haven't already done so, sync your Klaviyo list or segment that you plan to use for the campaign. Sending the Campaign

The following steps assume you're familiar with the Tall Bob platform, and have set up messages, landing pages and videos if you intend to use them. If you're not sure about this, have a chat with your Tall Bob Account Manager - we'll get you sorted! If you are familiar, here's a quick refresh. In the top navigation of the Tall Bob app, click "Distribution".

In the dropdown, click "SMS Message".

For this campaign, we'll be using a full mobile landing page experience. Select your landing page at step one.

Select your video (Optional).\ Not thought about video before? Talk to your Tall Bob Account Manager.

Click the "Message" Tab

Select your Sender ID. These are usually pre-loaded to your account.

Type the SMS message you want to send, being sure to keep an eye on the character count.

Click the "Insert Page URL" button to add your landing page to the message.

If you are sending a promotional message, you much include an opt-out mechanism. To insert the opt-out link in your message, click the 'Insert Opt-out' icon.

Once you're happy with how your message looks, click "Next" to select your contacts

Click on the 'Lists' dropdown and select the Klaviyo list or segment you synced through earlier.

Click on the 'Settings Tab'. Enter your campaign name and when ready, click 'Send' to successfully launch your campaign.
