Sending your Introduction email

Please send your introduction email within 24 hours of being matched. To start, navigate to your Instructor Starter Pack and click on the "Miscellaneous" folder

Click "Intro Email Template.docx"

Select all the text and Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]]

Go to your inbox and click "New email"

Press [[ctrl]] + [[v,]] the text will be pasted into the body of the email.

Add the subject - Welcome to \[Language Level\]

Edit the email and add the relevant information. Be sure to include the link to your website bio once it's available. (Tina will send you this link once it’s live on the website.)

Once you’ve added all the relevant information and inserted the link to your website bio, you’re ready to send your introduction email. Send it to the student and their parent (or other listed contacts), and don’t forget to CC [introductions@languagebird.com](mailto:introductions@languagebird.com)
