Navigate to [https://michigansaves.org/](https://michigansaves.org/)

Click "Contractor/NGEN Login" in the upper-right corner.

Click "New Contractor? Sign up here."
Tip! Add this page to your favorites for easy access later.

Enter required company details.

Complete mailing address and enter service area.

Answer the contractor profile questions asked on screen.

Click "Continue"

Enter the required primary user details.
Tip! This user will be able to invite new users to join from your organization.

Click "Create My Account and Contractor Profile"

Click your name in the upper right corner and then select "Programs" from the drop down menu.

Find "Septic Loan Replacement" and click "Apply to Program"

Read the program agreement, sign your name with your mouse or finger on a touch pad, then type your name.

Answer whether your business has ever been decertified by any Michigan health department.

Select any/all local health departments that you work with.

Choose what services you will provide as part of this program. Select one or both options.

Navigate to each insurance policy section: - General Liability - Workers Compensation

Enter the expiration date for each insurance policy.

Upload proof of insurance for each policy.
Tip! Upload the same ACORD form to each policy section if your document contains both your general liability and your workers compensation insurance.

Complete all three required trainings.

Add card details for program application fee and submit application.
