Set Custom Active Academic Session for Students

Navigate to your school portal and sign in as an admin.

Click the "People" menu-group

Click the "Students" menu

Click the "View Students" sub-menu

Select the list of students you want to view and click the "View" button.

Use the checkbox corresponding the each student to select the student(s) you want to update their active academic session.\ \ You can select all students in the list by clicking the checkbox at to header row of the list table.

Click "Action on Selected"

Click "Set Active Academic Session"

Click "Set Custom Active Session"

Select the session you want to set as the active session for the selected student(s)

Click "Update"
When next the student(s) log in to the school portal, they will be taken directly to the operations and activities of the academic session/period that was set active for them.
