Following the event, you can assign someone to follow up on responses submitted through the surveys.
- On the event dashboard, go to the People tile
- Click '**View Responses**'
- Check the checkbox(s) to select the people to follow up with
- Click the orange follow up button
- In the pop-up window, enter an email to assign follow-up, enter a completion date, click '**Save**'
- Click the '**Send Assignments**' once all your responses have been assigned follow-up.
- The system will send the assignment to the email you entered for follow-up (note that the person receiving the follow-up assignment will have a link to view the response page and can make notes and mark when they have completed the follow-up - they do not have to sign in to AnyRegistration to engage in follow-up.)
- Note that you can download the responses too.
