Set Up Sponsorships

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for effectively setting up sponsorships for events, ensuring you can attract and manage sponsors with ease. It covers essential details such as customizing welcome messages, configuring pricing, and testing the registration page, all aimed at enhancing the sponsor experience. By following this guide, you'll streamline the sponsorship process, making your event more appealing to potential sponsors and increasing its overall success.

Navigate to <https://anyregistration.com/Dashboard> and click event to open

Click "**Sponsor Setup**"

Click "**Sponsorship Settings**"

Set up the following: **Welcome message**/instructions that will appear at the top of the sponsor page (viewable when someone clicks the Sponsor button on the registration page) **Thank you message**/instructions that will be included in the confirmation email **Email message** for invoices If desired, Click checkboxes to **automatically approve sponsors** and to **periodically email sponsors** who haven't uploaded their logos.

Click '**Save**'

Click "**Add Sponsorship Level**"

Set up the following: Sponsorship details, including the sponsorship name, brief description, a thank you message, price, and quantity available. **Note**: If the sponsorship amount is a flat amount (and not a range), set both the minimum and maximum price to the same amount.

If the sponsorship includes a ticket option, click "**Automatically include registrations**" Set the ticket option numbers that are included in the sponsorship by clicking the up/down arrows in the quantity fields or simply type in the number in the field.

IMPORTANT - take note of the 'visible/active' checkbox on the sponsorship setup (highlighted in yellow in the image above). This checkbox determines if the sponsorship option displays on the sponsorship page.

Click '**Save**'

Preview Settings on the Event Page

Click the event URL and select the '**Sponsor**' button

**Ensure** the sponsor page is set up correctly before sharing the event URL
