It is important to ensure you have your Stripe withdrawal account set up so any funds that are owing up to either an association or Basketball Queensland can be paid. For example; if your club have redeemed the funds for a Government Voucher through the Government Portal and a portion of the voucher covers some association fees also, the funds will need to be taken out of your bank account and paid forward. This will automatically occur through Stripe using the withdrawal account.

Navigate to the Finance Module

Click "Payment Gateway"

Click "Set Up Stripe for Withdrawals"

Enter your organisation's bank account number and click "Save"

Should your bank account change at any time, simply follow the above steps again to update the bank account number. If you are unsure if your withdrawal account has been set up, you can check this by:

Navigate to the User Module

Click "Administrators"

Click "Our Organisation"

Click "Integrations"

If your withdrawal account has been set up, you will see an account number here. If it is not yet set up, you will see instructions to follow to complete the set up.
