Set Up Your T-RES Account

First time faculty/staff requesters will need to setup their T-RES account. This action will only need to be completed the first time using the system. Students who are members of non-CSI Registered Student Organizations will also need to setup their T-RES account. Principal Members of CSI Registered Student Organizations and individual students looking to reserve study space are automatically connected to their Organization and will not need to complete this step and can simply login.

Go to <https://ucsdevents.test.emscloudservice.com/>Click "Set Up Your T-RES Account"

Complete the form. Your email address must be your UC San Diego email associated with Single Sign On.

Click "Are you Faculty, Staff, or Student" and select the correct association. Then complete "What is the name of the UC San Diego Department or Registered Student Organization you are looking to reserve for?" Please use the full name of your department or organization.

Click "Create an Account"
