For ***new clients***, Click "Configure" next to "Potential new clients & customers"

Select "Schedule an appointment" under "What should we do next?"

Enter a ***Public Calendar URL*** and then name your new calendar. Click "Save" Rinse and repeat if you wish to configure a Live Agent for your existing customers.
