Set up your Smart Badge readers on My Easyfairs

Every exhibitor has at least one Smart Badge reader included in their package. These offer an easy, digital way of exchanging information with visitors. This guide covers ho to ensure your Smart Badge readers are linking to the content you would like them to.

Tip! The amount of Smart Badge readers you have is dependent on your EasyGo package. Go Leads has 1, Go Plus has 2 and Go Premium has 3

Navigate to [https://my.easyfairs.com/login](https://my.easyfairs.com/events), log in to the platform and click "Manage stand"

Click "Generate leads"

Click "Manage your readers"

Tip! if you have 1 reader you may want to keep it connected to the default link of your general profile. If you would like any visitor who taps their badge on your reader to be sent directly to your full profile and not a specific product or solution, you do not need to do anything in this section.

If you would like to amend one or more of your readers, click "Modify" under the reader you would like to update

Click "Start"

Click the item, product, service, news or job advert you would like to link to

Give the reader a relevant name

Click "Apply"

Click "OK"

You're done! Repeat these steps for any other readers you would like to modify
