Click here.

Click Setup.

Click "Object Manager"

Click the "Quick Find" field.

Click "Person"

Click "Fields & Relationships"

Click the "Quick Find" field.

Enter the value to find the field that **controls** the other field values. This is the field that the user will have to select a value in first in order to populate the other available values from the dependent field. Click "Source Category"

Click "Edit"

Find the value you want to create a dependency on.

Highlight the value you want to add to the controlling value.

Click Include Values.

Click Save.
