Setting Up A WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Flow In Strive

Navigate to Connections page by clicking on the setting icon and click on Account

Click "Connections"

Click "Manage API Keys"

Over here you can start by click on Generate API Key and then click View Keys

Over here you can copy the entire URL and then paste it into your WooCommerce Abandon Cart Webhook\ \ In your WooCommerce, you should be able to set and configure when to trigger the webhook whenever an abandon cart occurs.\ \ Once you paste over there, come back to Strive to continue the setup.

In cases where you might have more than 1 WooCommerce account, we use Caller ID to differentiate different links implemented on different account.\ \ So what you need to do in such situation is, to generate different API key, and paste it into different WooCommerce account individually.

Once you set those up, Caller ID is the identifier, and then you can copy it and head over to Flowbuilder

Click "Flowbuilder"

Click "Create Flowbuilder''

Click "Start from scratch"

Select the "WooCommerce" option.

Select the "WooCommerce Cart Abandoned" option.

Click the "Communication Channels" field.

Choose your channel

Click "Add a new flowbuilder step"

Click the "Search actions" field.

Search and click "Condition"

Click "Add Condition"

Click this icon.

Click "woocm_caller_id"

Click the "text or {{variable}}" field.

Insert the Caller ID you copied from the API key

Click "Save Action"

Click here.

Click the "Search actions" field.

Search and click "Send WA API Message"

Select your channel

Click this dropdown.

Select the template you applied for

Select the language option.

Apply the relevant variables accordingly to your content

Click here.

Click "woocm_name"

Click "woocm_product_names"

Click this button.

Click "woocm_shipping_address"

Click "Save Action"

Click "Save" and turn on the flow.\ That's all!
