Setting Up Auto-Dial (Ring Down) for the Ooma AirDial

Ooma

Auto-Dial is a method that allows the Ooma AirDial to be pre-programmed to dial a specific telephone number whenever the line goes off hook. This is typically reserved for phones that don't have a dial pad like elevator call boxes or pool emergency phones if they have not been programmed to dial on their own.

Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.

Click the device you need to modify.

Click "Ports"

Click the icon for "Advanced Settings" on the port you need to update.

Click "Auto-Dial"

Click the "Enable" field.

Enter the phone number you need it to dial when off hook in the "Phone Number" field.

The phone number it is setup to dial must be a 10 digit number or 911.

Click "Update" to confirm the change.
