Setting Up Triton Keyword Assist

This feature is supported on both Triton Pro (firmware version 4.35 or later) and Triton ULTRA ((firmware version 25.12.02.14 (shown locally) / 2.8.2 (shown in cloud) or later))

Tritonsensors

Alert! TKA will not work properly on Triton ULTRA if noise reduction is turned on. To check if noise reduction is turned on, log into the IP address and go to device settings --> config.

Click on the desired sensor

Click "Alerts"

Turn on the alert slider

Click the gear icon

Click "Add Keyword"

Tip! For the highest accuracy, try to use phrases or longer words (like "Code Red" or "Security") instead of short, single-syllable words.

Enter your keyword

Enter the display name, this is the text that will come through with the alert notification

Tip! English/Spanish/French keywords can be used at the same time

Enter up to 10 keywords/phrases

Alert! There is a 1 minute cooldown between keyword alerts, so only one keyword can be detected every minute. Even if you have more than one keyword set, those can't be triggered until a minute passes.

Click "Add contact" to add users/groups to get alerted

Choose how you want to recieve alerts

Use the dropdown to select which other devices to copy this rule to

Click "Save" to copy those rules and save your changes
