Setting Up Your Knife Shift Store Profile

Click "Profile" on the Vendor Portal menu.

Add your Business Logo.\ \ **How to Upload:** Click **Select Logo File** to upload your business logo. - **Pro Tip:** Your logo will display in a format that looks best at **600px x 600px** and in **JPG, JPEG, or PNG** format. - We suggest using a tool like [Canva](https://www.canva.com/photo-editor/) or [Adobe Express](https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/editor) to easily resize your logo and banner (below) quickly and at no cost. - **Save Your Work:** Don’t forget to hit **Save** when you’re done!

Add a Banner Image that will display at the top of your store profile. Your banner is the first thing customers see—it’s your moment to catch your visitor's eye! - **How to Upload:** Click **Select Banner File** to add your banner. - **Recommended Size:** **1680px x 360px** (JPG, JPEG, or PNG). - **Check Design:** The banner resizes to provide a responsive experience for store visitors viewing your profile on different devices. - We suggest previewing your profile and resizing the screen so you can see how your banner will display at different screen sizes. - It's best to ensure that the core design/details of your banner are not on the edges of the banner to avoid being cut off. - Tools like [Canva](https://www.canva.com/photo-editor/) or[ Adobe Express](https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/editor) allow you to easily resize your logo (above) and customize a banner quickly and at no cost. - If you need help with graphic design or formatting your picture, please contact us at [**vendors@knifeshift.com**](mailto:vendors@knifeshift.com). - **Lock It In:** Once it’s uploaded, click **Save** to confirm.

Add the name of the Contact managing your account. This will not publicly display. It's to help us get in touch with the right person when responding to any inquiries or support messages you may send our way.

Select the appropriate business category for your restaurant or food business from the drop down menu of options.

Add a description about your business. Share a bit about what you specialize in and whatever brief information you would like visitors to know when they first visit your store profile.

Add your Social Media Pages (Optional) & Call-to-Action Link. Here's your chance to add your website, a link for visitors to make restaurant reservations, a booking page for an event, or whatever you want to prioritize for your business. The "website" link will appear as a button on your profile page.

Complete the "City" field.

Select the State your business is in.

Click "Preview store"

Check that your page looks in order.
