Setting Up Your SCSOS Email on the Apple Mail App (iPhone Guide)

Adding your SCSOS Email.

There are two option you can have to for your SCSOS email to be on your phone. 1. Outlook 2. Apple Mail App This section we are going to cover the Apple Application. For the Outlook App select the link at the bottom of the guide.

Go to "Settings" on your Apple Mobile Device.

Scroll to the bottom and select where it says "Apps".

Search through and find "Mail" in the apps

In the mail settings. Select "Mail Accounts".

Select " Add Account" to add your SCSOS email.

Select "Microsoft Exchange".

Enter your SCSOS email.

Under "Description" your able to label the name of your mail folder. You can either enter "SCSOS" or leave it as "Exchange".

If the information that was input is correct. Select "Next".

Step 11 - If you select "Configure Manually". You will have to back out and go back to step 8.

Select "Sign In"

Step 12 - Gives "microsoftonline.com" access to taking you to the online sign in page. It will not harm your device.

Select "Continue".

After step 12 you will be sent to this log in page. Enter your password and select "Sign In".

Once you click "Sign in" you will be directed to a Duo link that looks like the page below. Select "Skip for now". Duo will send your associated number a SMS with a temporary passcode when you select "Send a passcode". Enter the temporary passcode that was sent via SMS to your associated phone number. Click "Verify".

After step 16 you will be sent back to the page shown below and the account will verify.

If you want your calendar or contacts synced make sure you click "Calendars" and "Contacts" On.

Once the account has verified, select "Save if the current settings is correct.

Here you will see the new account added.

These next steps are to confirm that the SCSOS email has been added and there are no issues.

Confirming your Email

To confirm that the SCSOS has been added. Select the Mail App on your iPhone home screen. Select "Mailboxes" Select the SCSOS or Exchange account. The name of this folder will be based on what you input as the "Description" in step 9. Select "Inbox". Once you are in your mailbox the it will take a moment before your emails load up Once your email is loaded up you are good to go!
