Setting a Static IP Address for Your Ooma AirDial Device

This is only necessary if you want to assign a static IP address to the AirDial device, by default the AirDial will accept a Dynamically assigned IP address.

Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.

Click the device you need to modify.

Click "Details"

Click "Advanced Settings"

Click "Wired WAN"

Click the "Static IP" field.

Enter the IP Address, Netmask, DNS Server 1, DNS Server 2 and Router Address that should be assigned/setup on the AirDial.
Make sure the network is setup to allow this IP information, otherwise the device may become unreachable until the network cable is disconnected from the WAN port to allow the device to come back into service using the cellular connection.

Click the "Update" button to confirm your changes.
