To find a nice cover photo that you can freely use, navigate to [https://unsplash.com](https://unsplash.com), which is a great source of free photography with permissive licenses. You can use them for commercial purposes.

Type a query for the type of background image you have in mind.

Click on an image you like.

Click on the right side of the download button, which lets you select the size.

Large works well for LinkedIn cover photos.

If you'd like to give the photographer credit (optional), feel free to copy their info to the clipboard.

Navigate to your LinkedIn profile.
