Setting up MFA for Team One CMS

While this guide focuses on Microsoft Authenticator, you can use Google Authenticator as an alternative if you prefer. 1. Download Authenticator App: Install the "Microsoft Authenticator" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). 2. Login to Your Account: Open the app, select "Add Account," then choose "Work or School Account." Login using your Microsoft 365 account.

After setting up the app, navigate to[ https://teamoneclaims.com/](https://www.teamoneclaims.com/) on your desktop device.

Click "Login".

Enter your email & password.

After logging in, you will be prompted to set up MFA. While on this screen on your desktop, open the authenticator app on your mobile device.

Tap the plus icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select "Work or school account".

Select "Scan QR Code" and use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on your desktop.

After scanning the QR code, your account will appear in the Microsoft Authenticator app, displaying a six-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter the code on the login screen before it resets to avoid it becoming invalid.

Enter the six-digit code on your desktop device.

Click "Continue". You have successfully logged in and completed the MFA setup!

When logging in again, you can select "Remember this device" to log in to the CMS for the next 14 days without needing to enter the code.
