Setting up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA Application)

When you log in, you will be prompted that there is More information required to keep your account secure, just click Next.

We will be using the app so under How should we contact you?\ We're going to click the drop down and select Mobile app and then click Set up and follow the instructions on installing and configuring the mobile app.

Follow the steps on your screen to setup the mobile app, making sure to scan the image that shows on your screen, not in the example image below.

Once you have completed all the above steps and configured the app, click Next, you may be asked to verify the authenticator works, in which case just proceed to log in, and if configured correctly, you should get a notification on your phone, or pop up in the authenticator app asking for you to authorise the login.
