Setting up a Gap Analysis

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of conducting a Gap Analysis, enabling users to effectively identify and visualize gaps in data, making it easier to pinpoint areas for improvement.

Navigate to "**Gap Analysis**"

When setting parameters, keep in mind of these two things.\ \ **School Year** sets the perspective you are viewing.\ While **Year Level** chooses the year level of the students you wish to view gaps for.\ \ If you choose the **School Year: 2024** and then set the then **Year Level: 4**\ You will be viewing students who were in **Year 4 in 2024.**

Begin setting each field to your preference

Select "**Tests**" and include the tests you would like in your **Gap Analysis**

You can click "**Test Date**" to sort it in ascending or descending order

Once all parameters are set, click "**Show Analysis**"

You can navigate between subjects using the tabs at the top of the page

You can now see all the gaps and bubbles for the data set selected
