Setting up a MMS scenario in Bloomreach

This guide explains all the detailed steps involved in creating a scenario in bloomreach. The example in this guide would be a simple scenario of checking a condition and sending an MMS to the contacts that match the condition. This is the next step in the process once the user has integrated Tall Bob and Bloomreach

Click on the 'New Scenario' Button to create a new scenario. Choose the template option as 'Create New Scenario' to open a blank canvas

Provide a name for your Scenario. In this example we are naming it 'Tall Bob - BloomReach Integration'

The scenario contains 3 steps which can be customized based on your use cases 1. Triggers 2. Operators 3. Actions

In our example, we are going to start by choosing the Trigger as 'Now'. Simply drag and drop the trigger into the Canvas

The next step is to choose the 'Operator'. In our example, we are going to choose the operator as 'Condition'. Simply drag and drop the 'Condition' operator in the canvas next to added trigger Connect the added trigger and the operator.

Double click on the condition icon in the canvas. Provide a name for your condition and click on the 'Add Filter Condition' Button

In our example we are going to filter the customers based on their registered ID. To get that set, click on the 'registered' option. This would display fields where we can set the rules.

In our example we are going to just send SMS to the customer whose registered id is 2006. So set the rule as **'equals'** and select the value as 2006. **Note -** Please note that in our example, we already have a customer who has a registered id 2006 in our account. This would vary based on your use cases and customer properties

Once the condition is set, click on the 'Done' Button to save the condition

The final step to complete our scenario is to add an action. Our action would be 'SMS'. Drag and drop SMS action into the canvas next to the condition. Join the condition and SMS nodes to complete the flow

Double click on the SMS node and choose the template as Blank SMS. Provide a name for your Campaign and click on the MMS tab

**Note:** The file types accepted for Bloomreach MMS are Images \[JPG, PNG and GIF\], Video \[MP4\] and Contact Card.\ \ The maximum file size that **Tall Bob** allows for MMS is 1.5MB. Keep your file is below 1.5MB to ensure a smooth sending

Add you Sender Address and in the message body add in your message. If you are planning to do a 2-way sending, please make sure to have an MMS enabled longcode added in your tallbob account, which you can use as the sender address to receive responses

Provide your Subject and MMS content

You can add a file by uploading a file or by providing a link of the file that you wish to send.\ \ Choose the file you would want to send in your MMS and click on the 'Settings' Tab

Choose your 'Consent' category. In our example we shall choose 'other'. This means that the message will be sent to customers that match the condition and also have the consent as 'Other' Once it's all selected, click on the 'Done' Button

Once the scenario is set, click on the 'Save' Button to save the scenario and once it's saved, click on the 'Start' button to initiate the scenario. Click on 'Start' Button to confirm the scenario execution

Once the scenario is executed you can see the reports in the 'Evaluate' tab -> Scenario section or you can also created reports in Analyses -> Reports page And that's it!
