Setting up your Organizational Account and Renewing your Membership
Learn how to setup your Organizational Profile, add and remove employees, and renew your membership.

Navigate to the ARPA portal at:<https://portal.arpaonline.ca/login.aspx>

Enter your organizational credentials. If you do not have these, please email portalsupport@arpaonline.ca to verify your logon credentials. After entering your information click "Sign In".

To upload a profile photo click "Upload your Photo". **REMEMBER**, this is your organizational account so we recommend uploading your organization logo. Once your photo is uploaded click "Continue".

If you see any employees or partner organizations you would like to connect with go ahead and do so now. Alternatively, you can make connections and search for individuals once you have setup your profile. **Remember**: this is your organizational account so please ensure all connections are on an organizational level. Click "One More Step...".

If you want to make your first post as an organization you can do so now! Type in what you would like to say in the textbox.\ Once you have crafted your first post, click "Post & Finish" to finish setting up your organization profile.
Congratulations, you have just successfully setup your Organization account!
Update your Information

To add or update your organizational information click "My Profile" in the navigation bar.

Click "About".

Click "Edit" on the section you would like to update.

As this is your organizational account please enter your organizational name in the "Full Name" field, **not** your personal name. Also, ensure your organization name is listed under "Professional Information".

Please update your password. Click "change" and follow the steps in the pop-up.

Optional: You are welcome to change your username, however, please recall this is your ORGANIZATIONAL account, not your personal account. We recommend choosing a distinct username to avoid confusion (for yourself when signing in).

Once you have finished updating your organizational information, click "Save Changes".
Congratulations, you have just updated your organization information!
Adding/Removing Employees

Click the drop-down arrow by your organization name in the top corner.

Click "Account + Settings".

Click "Information & Settings".

Click "Employees".

Scroll down to find your current employees list and review it for accuracy.

Beside each employee you have several options. Click on the first icon from the left (pencil) to edit that employees profile (about information).

Click on the second icon from the left (yellow person with an x) to remove an employee from your organization.

Click the third icon from the left (red x) should you need to suspend an employee's account.

Click the fourth icon from the left (green person) to view this employees profile.

Click the fifth icon from the left (arrow) to sign in as this employee.

To add employees not currently on "Your Employees" list, scroll to "Invite New Members". Type in the email of any employees who are not currently listed under "Your Employees". **Note**: If the employee already has an account, sending the invite to their email will allow them to link to your organization as an employee.

Once you have entered all necessary emails click "Send Invite".
Congratulations, you have just successfully updated your employee list!
Renew your Membership

You may have a notification reminding you to renew your membership, click "Renew now!".

Alternatively, click the drop down arrow next to your organization name in the top corner.

Select "Account + Settings".

Click "Payments & History".

Click "Membership".

Click "Securely renew your membership now »".

Anytime you renew your membership we ask you to review your profile information. After reviewing all information is up to date, click "Save Changes".

Under "Membership Information" select the correct membership type to match your organization.

Enter your billing information or check the box if your billing address matches the organizational profile address.

Enter your payment method information. Note: If you select cheque or money order your membership will not be renewed until received.

Click "Submit".
Congratulations, you have just successfully renewed your organizational membership!
