Navigate to [https://yourclub.clubplanner.app/Home/Index](https://development.clubplanner.be/Home/Index)

Click here to go to 'Settings'

Click "Financial"

Click "Bartender"

You will see some General settings for the Bartender. To edit and add articles, Click "Articles"

Click here to edit an article. Click on the "+"-button to add a new article.

Click the "Price" field to edit the price.

Click "Stock" to add stock and add a minimum stock. When the minimum stock is reached, you will be notified in the Bartender.

Click this checkbox to activate the "Stock"-count.

Click the "Min. Stock" field. and a minimum amount when you need to receive a notification.

Click "Extra Info". You can add exra information to this article.

Click this "+-button" to add information.

Click the "Enter info" field.

Click "Sub Articles" to add a "Sub-Article" to this article. Sub-articles are generally the same article but in another size. For example. 25cl/33cl/50cl.\ \ **Please note that you will have to create each article first separately.**

Click here to add a sub-article.

Click this dropdown to select a sub-article.

Click the "Enter price" field to choose the price of this sub-article.

Click "Layout"

Click here to edit the lay-out of the bar-group "Shakes". You can also add a new bar group in the tab "Bar groups".

Click here to add an article to the layout of this bar group.

Click this dropdown to select an article.

Enter "Row" and "Column" fields to decide where this article is shown in the layout.

You can preview the lay-out by clicking on the "Preview"-button.

This article has been added to the layout of bar group "Shakes"

Click "Save" and close the Settings. Reload the page to see the article live on the Bartender.
