Navigate to My Easyfairs, log in and find your upcoming event

Click "Setup stand"

Click "Add stand"
Tip! If you have exhibited at an Easyfairs show before, you will see the "Import a previous stand" option. To save time, you can copy your stand from a past edition and make amends.

Confirm that the details we have for you are correct
Tip! Your "Stand name" is the name that will display on the website, the show app, and on any printed literature at the show. Make sure you confirm it is correct!

Click the green "next" arrow

Confirm your address is correct and click the green "next" arrow

You will need to fill in your company description. The key words you use here will make it easier for visitors to find your profile on the website.
Alert! Make sure to fill in your description in all the available languages for maximum reach. Many shows will only require one language.

Click "FR" to fill in the French translation of your company description. You can use the inbuilt translate services to make this quick and easy

Click the green "next" arrow

Add your logo and header image. Recommended sizes will be given to you.

Click the drop down arrow to see the categories available to choose from

Select the categories that best describe your company offering
