NINE dot ARTS uses ArtCloud to search for and select artwork for our projects across the country. Our team works on a project-by-project basis, meaning we purchase artwork that matches our client's brand, goals, and vision.

**You may see "Consignment to NINE dot ARTS," throughout the site.**\ \ *Please note that we do not have ownership of your artwork, nor represent you. This is standard language on the ArtCloud platform, because artists have to "consign" with various organizations in order for them to view their work.*

Click **Consignments** from the Navigation menu to the left.

Click the **Create Consignment** button in the top right.

Click **Gallery Consignment**

Click the **Recipient Gallery** field.

Search for either **NINE dot ARTS** or the email, **info@ninedotarts.com** and select the result.\ \ Both search options will populate correct results.

Click the **Title** field. Let's add in a quick title to identify this Consignment List you're going to send to the NINE dot ARTS team.

Now, let's add our inventory to our Consignment List. Click on the **Inventory** tab.

Click the **Add Inventory** button
**Before you add your inventory to this list, please review the following:**\ \ The more detail you provide about each piece in your inventory, the better NINE dot ARTS can find your work. We'll often search for artists based on these descriptors.\ \ **List your artwork location as the state you live in**, and be sure to include the artwork **medium** and **price**.
If your artwork has sold, feel free to keep it listed! Curators can still use past work to get a sense of an artist's style, and will each out to discuss commissions.
**Notes on Pricing:** - **Wholesale Price**: The price you, as the artist, sell your artwork for (to a reseller like an art consultant or gallery) - **Retail Price**: The price the general public pays for your artwork - When uploading artwork, you can change the 50/50 distribution under the Financial tab of the artwork record.

Search, filter, and select the inventory from the inventory list that you want to add into your Consignment List to send to NINE dot ARTS.

When you're done selecting your works, add the inventory to your Consignment List using the **Add # Items** button in the top right of the inventory modal.
Review your inventory to make sure you have the right works ready to share!\ \ Do they have the correct prices? Correct mediums? The perfect picture?

When you're ready, click the **Send** button in the top right of the Consignment List to send the list to NINE dot ARTS.

You'll see the Send button change to a status of **Sent \[MM/DD/YYYY\]** in the top right corner. This means you've successfully sent this Consignment list to NINE dot ARTS.
If you add new artwork into your account, you will need to consign these new artworks to NINE dot ARTS in a separate Consignment list.
