1. **What level of access will Tealbox have?**\
Tealbox's requested level of access varies across the platforms used in your business. This may include full or partial access to features and settings.\
To effectively track and audit, we require admin access to create necessary assets. This includes creating test ads and analyzing customer journeys, which require deeper levels of access such as admin access across your platforms.\
Partner access is also necessary for us to share these accesses among our team members. If your business and Tealbox are separate entities, sharing partner access allows us to distribute the necessary access among our team members.
2. **How will account ownership be handled?**\
In case of handling your business account ownership, and to tackle the case when our partnership ends, Tealbox ensures that ownership remains on your business email ID and Tealbox only takes access at its end.\
If you don't have accounts on a certain platform, we share a detailed step-by-step guide on how to create the account for you to get started.\
Alternatively, Tealbox can also create everything on our end. To facilitate this, we need your business email ID. If you don't have a Facebook business manager or ads manager, Tealbox creates a business manager and all the pertaining assets like ads manager, Instagram page and then shares partner access for that business manager with Tealbox.\
In case of termination of your association with Tealbox, you can simply delete the partner access or delete Tealbox as a user from your business manager. Therefore you can easily remove Tealbox to revoke our accesses.
3. **What security measures are in place?**\
To protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, Tealbox has implemented its own security protocols and a multi-level review system.
4. **How will communication be managed?**
There will be regular cadence for discussing strategy, performance updates, and any issues that arise through your preferred mode of communication. You will have POCs from Tealbox handling various categories.\
Tealbox generally establishes a 14-day timeline for onboarding where you will have a regular visit of updates based on the requirements. Our preferred mode of communication is emails and VCs as well as ad hoc check-ins whenever required.
5. **If any other agency is already involved in your marketing efforts, how do we ensure that access sharing does not create confusion amongst the participating agencies?**
To solve for confusions across multiple agencies, we recommend collaborative discussions among the involved parties to clarify access requirements for audit and implementation. This helps to delineate roles and responsibilities while implementation and validation.
6. **How to navigate areas where you don't have the tools set up already?**
Tealbox provides you with detailed guides for toolkit set-up, if mandatory. You can skip them unless otherwise stated.
7. **What if the agency commits accidental changes that affect the platform activities?**
If accidental changes occur that may affect the platform activities, discrepancies will be flagged and addressed promptly. Tealbox has an internal quality control team that regularly reviews and verifies each step of the audit, tracking, and running of ads.
8. **What are the cases of conflicts of interest, if any? How are they managed?**
Tealbox works with multiple clients in the same or similar industries. However, our data protection protocols and internal benchmarks are designed to effectively minimize conflicts. Rest assured that your business will not be prioritized below other clients.
