Open your assessment sheet

Click the "Share" button

Click into the white email address box

Type the email address you want to add into the box.

Click "Add" when the email address drops down. You can type another email address in once you have added the first one.

Click on the next drop down box. You can select the level of access you want the person to have eg. viewer, editor, commenter.

Click the word to select it eg. "Viewer" means the individual can only look at the sheet, they can't comment, upload evidence, or share the assessment sheet.

Tick the "Notify people" box if you would like the person to receive an email notification when you 'share' the sheet with them.

Click the "Message (optional)" field if you would like to add a message to the email notification (if you choose to send one).

Click "Share" to share the sheet with the individual. They will now have permission to access the sheet.
Alert! If the contact does not yet have a Smartsheet account, they will need to create one first. They can then log in and view the sheet.
