Shopify flow to Add Tag and Limit COD Payments

Navigate to you shopify admin panel & add the Shopify flow app. <https://apps.shopify.com/flow>

Once the app is installed go to the flow app panel

Click "Create workflow"

Click "Select a trigger"

Click the "Search..." field.

Click "Order created"

Click "Add the next step"

Click here.

Click the "Search..." field.

Click "Get data about your orders."

Click the "Maximum number of orders" field.

Click here.

Click "Advanced"

Click the "Edit query" field.

Click "Add the next step"

Click this icon.

Click the "Search..." field.

Search count & select Count from the function

Click "Select a list"

Click "Get Order Data"

Click "Add the next step"

Click this icon.

Click "Add criteria"

Click "Count"

Click this dropdown.

Click the "Count" field.

Click "Add criteria"

Click this icon.

Click the "Search..." field.

Click "A list of the names of all payment gateways used for the order. For example, "Shopify Payments" and "Cash on Delivery (COD)"."

Click the "PaymentGatewayNames_item" field.

Write "cash_on_delivery"

Click "Add the next step"

Click "Action".

Search for "tag" and click on "Add tags to a customer."

Click the "Tags" field.

Write no_cod

Click "no_cod"

Click "Turn on workflow"

Click "Turn on"

Click "Exit"

Let Shopflo Customer Support team know the tag you've created "no_cod" and ask them to sync it. Once they've confirmed all future customers that get tagged with "no_cod" will not be shown COD until the tag is removed on shopify by you.

As you can see for below customer they are placing their first COD order

The customer is able to place their 1st COD order as the conditions were set in Shopify.

Check for this customer, the tag has been automatically added

Now this Customer is not able to see COD in their checkout for their 2nd order
