Sign In to OneDrive.

Look for a blue cloud or grey cloud in the task bar.\ \ If you see a grey cloud only proceed to the Grey Cloud Only section of this guide\ \ If you do not see a cloud in the task bar proceed to the No Cloud section of this guide. If you see the Blue Cloud, proceed to step 20 of this guide.

Grey Cloud Only

Right-Click the Cloud

Click the gear icon to open the setting menu

Click "Settings"

Click "Account"

Click " + Add and account"\ \ Proceed to the Sign-In and Setup section of this guide

No Cloud Showing

Open the start menu.

Search for "OneDrive" app and click it to open.

Sign-in and Setup

Input your email address and click "Sign in"

If Prompted, complete the sign-in.

Click "Next"

If you get a notification about the OneDrive Folder already existing, click "Use this folder"

Make sure to turn on Backups for the three locations, (Documents, Pictures, and Desktop)

Click "Start Backup"

Click "Next"

Click "Later"

Click "Open my OneDrive folder"

Verify you see your OneDrive account with you name and your company name. If you do not see you company onedrive listed go back to set 2 to add an account and make sure to use your company provided email address.
