Sign in, Update your Profile and Join a Group

This is your quick start guide to ARPA's new membership system. Learn how to sing in, update your information and join a group to start connecting!

Arpaonline

Navigate to the ARPA Member Portal at:<https://portal.arpaonline.ca/login.aspx>

Enter your personal credentials. Your login will be your email address unless you have made changes to your account. If you do not have a login please contact your organization account administrator. For troubleshooting please email portalsupport@arpaonline.ca.

Click "SIGN IN".

Should you want to upload a profile photo, click "Upload your Photo". We recommend a headshot or a picture of you recreating! Once your photo is uploaded click "Continue".

If you see any colleagues you would like to connect with go ahead and do so now, if you don't see anyone you know click "Show More People". Alternatively, you can make connections and search for your peers once you have setup your profile.

Click "One More Step..."

If you want to make your first post you can do so now! Type in what you would like to say by clicking in the textbox.

Once you have crafted your first post, click "Post & Finish" to finish setting up your profile.

Update your Profile

To add or update your professional information click "My Profile" in your navigation bar.

Click "About".

Click "Edit" on the section you would like to update.

Once you have finished updating your professional information, click "Save Changes".

Congratulations, you have just successfully setup and updated your profile!

Get connected with Groups

Click "Groups" from your navigation bar.

Feel free to scroll through or click this drowdown to filter by type.

Click on the group name of the group you would like to join.

Click "Join Group"

Congratulations, you have just joined your first group! Feel free to join as many groups as you are interested in.

Accidentally joined the wrong group? Click "Actions".

Click "Leave Group".

Click "Submit".
