This tutorial will guide you through how to access Microsoft 365 using your IMC email address. To access your Outlook email and other Microsoft 365 services, please download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.

Download Microsoft Authentucator App: iPhone:<https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-authenticator/id983156458> Android: <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&hl=en_US>

Navigate to [https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ ](https://m365.cloud.microsoft/), then click "Sign in"

Click the "Email, phone, or Skype" field, and input your IMC email address.

Enter your password, then click "Sign in"

Click "Next" button.

You will see a QR code on this page. Please open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code to complete the setup.

Click the "QR Code" icon at the bottom right cornor

After scanning the QR code, you should see a new account added to your Microsoft Authenticator app.

You will see a code displayed on this page.

Please input the code displayed on the previous page into the Microsoft Authenticator app to complete the verification.

**If you are a new student at IMC, the system will prompt you to reset your password upon your first login.**

You can either set up your phone number for verification or use the "Skip setup" option

Please click **"Yes"** when prompted to stay signed in.\ This will help reduce the number of times you're asked to log in on the same device.

After logging in, you will have access to online Microsoft applications
