Welcome to Grouptrail Sign™, a straightforward, easy approach to streamlining the process of sending PDF documents for signatures. This guide walks you through each step, from uploading your file to tracking form progress, ensuring you can efficiently manage signature requests. Clear instructions and tips for mapping fields make it accessible for users of all experience levels. Simplify document management and enhance your workflow!

First, add your PDF. Click "Upload a file" or drag and drop your file.

The system will automatically detect the fields to be mapped and fields to be populated by a signature and accompanying date.

Give this form a name that will help you track progress later on

There are three options to import your data: Copy and paste, Excel file upload, or connect to a Google Sheet.

After importing, use the scroll bars to view the data.

Identify the person covered by the form and all the signers, then click "Save and Continue →"

Click a field to map it to a spreadsheet column.\ Select the spreadsheet column to use.

Signature and date fields map to an email address column. When all the fields are mapped click "Save and Continue →" for an opportunity to preview your work before sending the forms.

Click on a recipient to preview a form, add a custom email message, and once you're satisfied that everything looks good, click "Send email →"
