Signing In and Out of the RX Board

This guide provides clear instructions for signing into and out of the RX Board using three secure methods.

Tap the SMART Sign in button in the navigation bar at the bottom of the display screen

A pop up will appear that shows *three* Sign In options: (1) Signing in on the RX board directly (2) Scanning the QR Code, (3) Entering the SMART website login on your computer.

1. Signing in on the RX Display Directly

The first option allows the user to tap on the SMART Account sign in button. The user will then follow the directions on the SMART Board.

This sign in process occurs on the board and can be seen by anyone in the room.

2. Scanning the QR Code

The next option allows a user to scan the QR code with the camera on their mobile device. The user will be given instructions on their device to complete the login.

Since this process occurs on a mobile device, the user's credentials cannot be seen by others in the room.

3. Entering the SMART website

The third option allows the user to sign in with their laptop. In the browser on the laptop, go to [boardlogin.smarttech.com](https://boardlogin.smarttech.com)

Then type the 8 digit code found on the SMARTboard screen. Once the user follows the prompts on their laptop, the board will reflect that the sign in has been successful.

Since this process occurs on a mobile device, the user's credentials cannot be seen by others in the room.

Signing Out

Tap the SMART Sign in button on the Home Screen. Then tap Sign out.
