Notification settings
You can always come back for all your notifications by clicking **Inbox** in the left sidebar. In the following steps, we recommend adjusting notifications that you get from ClickUp via email.
4
In the top right corner, click your avatar and choose **Notification settings**.
5
Choose **Custom** in the email notifications.
6
It is important to get a notification when someone tags you in a comment. You can set up the rest of the notifications how you prefer.
7
We always tag you (automatically or manually) when we need your cooperation. This is why you don't need an email notification whenever a task is changed.
8
You can deactivate a few more types of notifications.
9
It might be useful to get informed about a new subtask.
10
After updating your preferences, you can come back to the home screen.
Adjusting the homepage
This step adjusts the **Home** page so that it shows all tasks assigned to you.
11
Choose **Home** in the left sidebar.
12
In the top right corner, click **Manage cards**.
13
Switch off everything apart from **My Work** and then close the dialogue.
