PART 1 OF 3: New Dashboard Insights & Performance updates

Welcome to the new Dashboard for Skillko Compliance. Click "Home/Reporting", then "**Compliance Dashboard**" in the navigation on the left.

The Compliance Dashboard includes payment, training, supply chain management and certificate analytics.

Click the number in the 'Expired Certificates' (or any other metric box) to see the expanded list.

**IMPORTANT TO NOTE:** This will be a large figure as it will show every certificate that was not manually archived. Clicking the **'Auto archive duplicates'** button will **archive any duplicate records** that appear here.

You can also '**Archive Duplicate**' certificates by clicking the below button in the 'Expired Certificates' box.

If you have **access to the Reporting app,** click 'Open in Reports' to view this information within this app.

Within the Reporting app you can customize your data and add additional filters before exporting and saving as a new report. **Contact Skillko Support if you would like access to Skillko reports.**
Please note, Training Coordination insights will only be visible if there is upcoming training scheduled and booked.

Certificate Approvals can now be accessed via the "Home/Reporting" menu item also.
PART 2 OF 3: New Team updates

**Team Updates:** To view team compliance scores, select an operating unit to filter by.

Here, you can see the team(s) compliance score and the gap count.

You can filter between Teams, Companies and Subcontractor profiles by clicking the 'Filter Dashboard'

Click 'Teams' if you wish to change the current selection.

Click the required Teams from the dropdown list.

Click 'Back' to return to the Filter dashboard.

Click 'Companies' if you wish to change the current selection in the dropdown list.

Click 'Subcontractors' if you wish to include or exclude subcontractor accounts.

Click the 'Show Subcontractors' button to turn it on (green). Subcontractor profiles will now be included in your analytics.

Click 'back' or click Filter dashboard to close the filter view.

Supply chain Management insights are only visible if you have a Supply Chain license.
