**Atveriet sadaļu "Spēlētāji"**\ Izvēlnē ekrāna kreisajā pusē noklikšķiniet uz izvēršamās sadaļas **"Spēlētāji"**, lai atvērtu pieejamās opcijas. **Open the "Players" section**\*\ In the menu on the left side of the screen, click on the **"Players"** drop-down menu to expand its options.\*

**Izvēlieties "Meklēt spēlētājus"**\ Izvērstajā sadaļā "Spēlētāji" noklikšķiniet uz opcijas **"Meklēt spēlētājus"**. **Select "Search Players"**\ In the expanded **"Players"** section, click on the **"Search Players"** option.

Lai meklētu jebkuru spēlētāju COMET sistēmā (neatkarīgi no kluba vai aktīvas reģistrācijas), ir pieejamas divas meklēšanas iespējas: **1) Meklēt pēc uzvārda un dzimšanas datuma** — ja COMET ID nav zināms, varat meklēt spēlētāju, ievadot viņa **uzvārdu** un **dzimšanas datumu**. **2) Meklēt pēc COMET ID** — ja zināt spēlētāja unikālo COMET ID numuru, varat veikt meklēšanu, ievadot tikai šo identifikatoru. ⚠️ Abos gadījumos ir ļoti svarīgi ievadīt informāciju precīzi, īpaši ievērojot **garumzīmes**, **mīkstinājuma zīmes** un **pareizu datuma formātu**. --- When searching for any player in the COMET system (regardless of club or active registration), you have two search options: **1) Search by last name and date of birth** — if you do not know the COMET ID, you can search by entering the player’s **last name** and **date of birth**. **2) Search by COMET ID** — if you know the player’s unique COMET ID number, you can search by entering only this identifier. ⚠️ In both cases, it is very important to enter the information **exactly as registered**, especially paying attention to **diacritical marks**, **soft characters**, and the **correct date format**.

**Izdzēsiet automātiski ievadīto kluba nosaukumu sadaļā "Aktīvas reģistrācijas"**\ Sadaļā "Aktīvas reģistrācijas" sistēma automātiski aizpilda Jūsu kluba nosaukumu.\ Lai veiktu meklēšanu visā sistēmā, nepieciešams **izdzēst šo automātiski ievadīto klubu** — to var izdarīt, nospiežot uz **krustiņa** (✖) blakus kluba nosaukumam. **Clear the automatically selected club in the "Active registrations" section**\ In the "Active registrations" section, the system automatically fills in your club’s name. To perform a system-wide search, you need to **clear this automatically selected club** — click on the **cross icon** (✖) next to the club name to remove it.

**Ievadiet spēlētāja uzvārdu**\ Meklēšanas laukā ierakstiet spēlētāja **uzvārdu**. **Enter the player’s last name**\ In the search field, enter the player’s **Family name**.

**Ievadiet dzimšanas datumu**\ Meklēšanas laukā ievadiet spēlētāja **dzimšanas datumu**, ievērojot formātu: **DD.MM.GGGG** (piemēram, 15.07.2002) **Enter the date of birth**\ In the search field, enter the player’s **date of birth**, using the following format: **DD.MM.YYYY** (for example, 15.07.2002).

**Nospiediet pogu "Meklēt"**\ Kad esat ievadījis spēlētāja vārdu, uzvārdu, nospiediet pogu **"Meklēt"**, lai veiktu spēlētāja meklēšanu. **Click the "Search" button**\ After entering the player’s first and last name, click the **"Search"** button to start the player search.

**Izvēlieties spēlētāju no parādītā saraksta**\ Pēc meklēšanas tiks atvērts uzlecošais logs (popup window) ar spēlētāju sarakstu, kas atbilst Jūsu ievadītajiem kritērijiem. No saraksta izvēlieties meklēto spēlētāju un **nospiediet uz tā**, lai atvērtu spēlētāja profilu. **Select the player from the displayed list**\ After the search, a **popup window** with a list of players matching your search criteria will appear. #### Atrodot spēlētāju, nospiediet pogu "Jauna reģistrācija". **Once the player is found, click the "New Registration" button.**

**Izvēlēties “Profesionālis”**\ \ **Select “Professional”**

**Izvērstajā sadaļā “Reģistrācijas veids” izvēlēties “Īre”.**\ **From the “Registration Type” dropdown, select “Loan”.**

#### **Izvēlēties datumu, kurā tiek uzsākat spēlētāja īre.** **Select the date on which you are initiating the loan of player.**

**Izvēlēties "Iespējas"** Personas reģistrācijā izvēlēties **''Iespējas''**. **Select "Options"** In the person's registration, select **"Options"**

**Izēlēties "Jauns līgums"** Izvēloties **''Iespējas''** atvērsies papildus sekcija no kuras izvēlēsities opciju **''Jauns līgums''**. **Select "New Contract"** By selecting **"Options"**, an additional section will open where you will choose the **"New Contract"** option.

**Ievadīt ''Datumu no'' , ''Datumu līdz''** Obligāti ievadīt **''Datumu no''** , **''Datumu līdz''**. **Enter "Date From", "Date To"** It is mandatory to enter **"Date From"** and **"Date To"**

**Izvēlēties "Izvēlēties"** Atveroties jaunaij lapai ,izvēlēsities **''Izvēlēties''** opciju. **Select "Choose"** When the new page opens, select the **"Choose"** option.

**Izvēlēties "Īres līgums"** **Select "Loan Contract"**

**Izvēlēties ''Saglabāt''** Kad ir izvēlēts līguma veids un ievadīti nepieciešamie datumi, izvēlēties **''Saglabāt''**. **Select "Save"** Once the contract type has been selected and the required dates have been entered, select **"Save"**.

**Izvēlēties "Labot"** Lai iesniegtu līgumu ,izvēlēties **''Labot''**. **Select "Edit"** To submit the contract, select **"Edit"**.

**Izvēlēties "Dokumenti"** Izvēlēties **''Dokumenti''** lai pievienotu līguma dokumentu. **Select "Documents"** Select **"Documents"** to upload the contract document.

**Izvēlēties ''X''** Kad līgums ir pievienots izvēleties **''X''** lai aizvērtu ciet priekšējo lapu. **Select "X"** Once the contract has been added, select **"X"** to close the current page.

**Izvēlēties "Saglabāt kā"** Kad esat pārliecināts, ka visa savadītā un pievienotā informācija ir patiesa un neko vairs nevēlaties mainīt, izvēlaties **''Saglabāt kā''**. **Select "Save As"** Once you are sure that all the entered and attached information is correct and you do not wish to make any further changes, select **"Save As"**.

Izvēlēties **"Saglabāt kā Iesniegts"** Select **"Save as Submitted"**.

**Izēlēties "Aktīvās reģistrācijas"** Kad **''Īres līgums''** ir iesniegts, spēlētāja profilā izvēlaties **''Aktīvās reģistrācijas''** Select 'Active Registrations' Once the 'Loan Agreement' has been submitted, select 'Active Registrations' in the player's profile

**Izvēlēties "Labot"** Lai iesniegtu līgumu ,izvēlēties **''Labot''**. **Select "Edit"** To submit the contract, select **"Edit"**.

**Ievadīt ''Datumu līdz''** Obligāti ievadīt **''Datumu līdz''**. **Enter "Date To"** It is mandatory to enter **"Date To"**

Click "Saglabāt kā..."

Izvēlēties **"Saglabāt kā Iesniegts"** Select **"Save as Submitted"**.

Brīdī kad esat iesniedzis Īres reģistrāciju , attiecīgā persona no LFF puses to pārbaudīs un apstiprinās vai atgriezīs ja būs kas jāpapildina. Once you have submitted the Loan agreement, the responsible person from the LFF will review it and either approve it or return it if any additions are needed.
