Step-by-Step Guide: Accessing Class Codes List in Power BI

Navigate to Google Chrome and input [https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/ec772ff5-ae7b-4e1c-9ae0-93a4e5950904/ReportSection?language=en-us&disableBranding=1&experience=power-bi](https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/ec772ff5-ae7b-4e1c-9ae0-93a4e5950904/ReportSection?language=en-us&disableBranding=1&experience=power-bi)

Click anywhere under the 'Lookup Version' in the NDC tab and the larger chart will populate with the respective information.

Tip! You can click on the envelopes on the larger chart and it will open a blank outlook email addressed to the PM, Buyer, or Support of your choosing!

Email address auto populates. Add subject line and email body.

If you click on the line that populated, it will return back to the full list of information.

Click "Class Code List (TTI) - Power BI"

Under 'Pages', select 'Product Orgs'. Here you can see the hierarchy of ADC, EDC, and NDC.

To export to excel, hover over the chart and click the ellipses.

Select 'Export Data' to export to Excel.

Once the file opens, select the row of headers, navigate to the 'Data' tab and select the 'Filter' option.

Click 'Data with current layout' then select 'Export'.

Download your document by selecting the downward arrow near the search bar.

Select the file you wish to download.

To filter for the desired information, select the arrow that resides within the cell you wish to filter on.

Click 'OK' to reveal filtered information.

Select the arrow next to the ribbon to add the Class Code List to bookmarks.

Click 'Add a personal bookmark' then name the bookmark.

To change the view on your screen, click the arrow next to the rectangle. Select full screen for a wider view.

For alternate viewing sizes, select 'Fit to page', 'Fit to width' or 'Actual Size'.
