Step-by-step Artist Registration for 2024

This step-by-step guide provides detailed instructions on how to register as an Artist for the 2024 event. It covers everything from creating your profile to submitting your artwork entry. Navigate to <https://www.artprize.org/>

Click "REGISTER"

Click "ARTIST"

All users will need to register again, as we have switched to a new website. Please click "Register" to begin this process. Thank you for your understanding!

After you have entered your email and password, click "REGISTER".

Once you have registered, you will need to confirm your email. This will show in your inbox as "ArtPrize Portal".

Click "CONFIRM EMAIL"

Once you have registered and confirmed your email, the window to begin the creation of your profile will appear. If registering as an artist, click "ARTIST".

After selecting "Artist" you will be routed to the "Dashboard" to create your Artist profile.

Please fill out the provided fields in the form.

If you have a preferred name or pseudonym that you would like displayed rather than your legal name, please enter that here.

Please enter your address information.

Please enter your phone number.

After completing all of the fields on this page, click "NEXT" to continue completing your "Artist Profile".

Complete the "Artist Bio", this is a place to let Venues and Visitors know who you are, and how you got here!

Once your bio is completed, please select a photo to use for your headshot and click "UPLOAD IMAGE".

Once clicked, you will need to select the file you would like to upload.

Please enter any websites or social media you would like to attach to your profile.

If you would like to provide demographic information, please enter that into these fields.

Once you have filled in the information you would like to provide, click "CREATE PROFILE" to complete your "Artist Profile".

Once your profile is created, you will have a view of a window asking if you would like to complete your "Artwork Entry". You have the option of completing that at the time of registration, or you can come back to that at a later date. If you would like to continue creating your entry profile, click "SUBMIT ENTRY NOW".

Like your Artist profile, there are two pages to complete for your entry profile. You will also be able to select if your entry is a solo or collaborative entry. Solo Entries: this is the default profile setting, you will not need to click any identifiers. Collaborative Entries: If you are a collaborative group, please select the box that will help to identify that, as well as provide you an option to enter more information about your collaborative group and entry.

For collaborative groups, please fill out these fields to include the members of your collaboration and to provide a group name to have displayed in your profile.

Enter your collaborators emails, and your group name.

Then, for both collaborative and solo entries, you will need to enter the title of your work, as well as the medium.

You will then need to select what category your entry will fall under. If you need more details on the description of the categories, please click the link or email support@artprize.org.

Please enter your "Artist Statement / Entry Description" in the field.

Please select if your work is for sale and if you would like to sell through AllArtWorks. If you are planning to sell your work via private sale and would like to provide a platform for interested buyers to reach out to you by, please list this information here.

Please enter any social media and websites that you would like to have connected to your entry.

After completion of this page click "NEXT".

On this page, please provide more details of your Art so that Venues are able to envision your work in their space during the connection period, as well as provide a smoother installation process.

Please note that if your piece can be shown indoors and outdoors, you can select both. We have also added a comprehensive dimension and requirements section.

Please review the example and enter the dimensions and weight for your entry. Additionally if you work is time based, please let us know the estimated or actual duration of your entry.

To upload image(s) of your entry click "SELECT FILES".

Just like your Artist profile image, please select the image(s) you would like to attach to your entry profile.

Enter the needs for the installation/removal of your work into the "Installation Needs" section. Enter any requests or needs that you have to ensure the proper placement and safety of your works.

Once you have completed this page click the "By submitting an Entry and paying my Entry fee, I agree to the Rules, Terms and Conditions of being a participating Artist." button.

The last step before payment is to click "SUBMIT".

After clicking the "SUBMIT" button, you will be routed to the payment page. You will need to fill in the payment page, and hit pay to complete the registration phase. \*\*You can always come back and pay at a later date, but please be sure to do this before the registration deadline passes.

After payment, you will be routed back to your dashboard. You are able to add or edit your Artist or Entry profile at any time.
