Step 1: Get Started and Upload a PDF

To begin, please upload your blank PDF template by dragging and dropping, or selecting the file from your local drive. Once uploaded, the system will automatically detect the fields to be mapped. While it’s working its magic, go ahead and give your form a name. This name will appear as your form tracker!

To add your PDF, click "Upload a file" or drag and drop your file into the designated area.

The system will automatically detect the fields to be mapped and fields to be populated by a signature and accompanying date.

Click the "Enter form name" field and give this PDF a name that will help you track progress later on
