Step 2 - Option 3: Upload Google Sheet

Ensure your dataset includes column headers and that there are no blank cells before mapping the fields to your form. It's important that your data is complete and accurately reflects the information needed to fill your form.

Tip! A popup with tips opens when you start a step. Click "Got it" or the "X" to close it. Click the information icon to open the tips.

Click "Upload Google Sheets" Click "Sign in with Google"

Tip! If it's your first time giving Grouptrail access to your Google Sheet, you'll need to complete the following authorization steps. After the first time, you will likely be able to skip steps 2 and 3.

Choose the account where your Google Sheet lives and click "Continue" Click "Continue"

Select "see and download all your Google Drive files" Click "Continue" You will then be prompted to click "Select Google Sheet" again.

Click on a sheet icon or use the search box to find and select your sheet

Use the scroll bars to view the data.

In the right-hand panel, click the dropdown and select the field that names the individual covered by the agreement.

Click "Add A Signer" Click the "Name Column" dropdown and select the field that names the signer. Click the "Email Column" dropdown and select the email address field that matches the signer.

Repeat the previous step until all signers have been identified.

Click "Save and Continue →"
