Under the Proposals, click "Complete".

Some information will be pre-populated from the Initial Inquiry. Review and update each field as applicable.

Click the text area to provide a description of proposed activities related to this request.

Click the text area to explain how the organization will learn about the impact of proposed activities.

If your organization has samples of tools used to measure impact, you can upload them here. Make sure file names do not include any special characters to ensure a successful upload.

Review the "Annual Programming/Pilot/Project Budget Amount" field and update as applicable.

Upload a budget reflecting the estimated ***annual cost*** of proposed activities, including expenses that would not be covered by this request.

Select a cell in the "Funder" column to list any potential, pending, or confirmed grants with other funders for the activities outlined in this request. If you need more rows, a separate file can be uploaded at the end of the application.

Click "Next" when ready.

While Temelio does autosave, we recommend saving frequently. The Save icon can be found at the top of the form.

Provide a brief overview of the organization's work for the past year.

Upload an annual report if applicable.

Click the text area to describe the organization's strategic priorities.

Update the number of full-time staff members employed by the organization.

Update the number of part-time staff members employed by the organization.

Update the number of volunteers who provide direct services or work directly with clients/program participants within the organization.

Update the number of board members.

Provide the Board Chair's First and Last Name and their email address. If the application is approved, this person will be sent an agreement to review and sign.

Provide the names and respective roles of your remaining board members.

If applicable, provide the names of any Steelcase Foundation employees, board of directors, and/or their family who are involved in the work of the organization.

Update the "Annual Operating Budget Amount" field.

Upload your organization's budget.

Click "Submit Response" to finalize your application.

If you are ready, click "Confirm". Once selected, you will not be able to edit your submission.
