Step 4: Preview and Send

Take a moment to review the recipient emails and the form details to ensure everything is accurate. Once you're confident everything looks good, simply click "Send" to finalize the process.

Tip! A popup with tips opens when you start a step. Click "Got it" or the "X" to close it. Click the information icon to open the tips.

Click "Recipient Emails" to view the list of recipients. Use the scroll bar to view more recipients.

Click a recipient to preview their form.\ Be sure to use the scroll bar to review the whole form.

Type in the box to add a message to the emails that will be sent out. This custom message will be in the body of the email.

Once everything looks good to you, click "Send email"

If you don't have an existing account, you'll be prompted to create one so that your PDFs can be sent out for signing!

Check your email to finish sending signature forms

Alert! In the "Signature Form Confirmation" email, you will find a link to verify your email address. This is a crucial step and is required prior to any forms being sent out for signature requests!
