Navigate to <https://cornerstone.ou.edu>

Click "Please complete the annual review task for your direct report(s)."

Find the employee in your list and click on their name or picture.

Download the Review

IMPORTANT - you must download the review in order to see all of the scores and comments.

To download the review, click "Options"

Click "Print Review" sometimes labeled "Print Manager Version" If you select *Print Reviewee Version*, you will **not** see any of the supervisor ratings or comments.

Finalize CY2026 Annual Goals

When you are meeting with the employee, click "2026 Goal Setting" and discuss the new year's goals.

To make changes, click on the down arrow icon and then click "Edit".

When you are ready, click "Next"

Overall Rating Summary Page

On the "Summary" page you can view / show the employee's overall rating.

When you are ready, click "Next"

Supervisor Acknowledgment & Signature

Next, click this box to acknowledge that **you have met with** the employee and delivered the review to them. \ \ If at all possible, you should meet in-person to discuss the employee's review, however meeting virtually is acceptable. However, **you must actually meet** with the employee and discuss their review.

Click "Sign"

(Optional) Click in the text box to add any comments you want to provide to the employee. Please note - **the employee will see** these comments.

Critical last step - after signing, you must click "Submit" Your step is not complete until you click "Submit"

If you don't see the "Submit" button, look for the scrollbar on the right-hand side of the screen, and scroll down until you see "Submit".

After clicking submit, a pop-up window will appear, asking if you are sure you want to submit the review. When you are ready, click "Submit review". **NOTE: After you submit the review, the employee will be notified via email.**

Q: I can't access the Supervisor Meets with Step

Sometimes you will not be in the correct step of the annual review process, for example, you wanted "Supervisor Meets with Employee" step, but instead it's showing you "Employee Self-Review" or "Supervisor Writes Review". All you have to do is click on the dark grey sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen. The sidebar will expand and you can select whichever step you need.

Q: Can I add a co-planner?

You can add a co-planner, however - if they submit the review, you will not be able to. Only one person can submit the review.

To add a co-planner, click "Options" and then click "Add Co-Planners"

Click the "Search for people" field and type the first and/or last name of the person you want to add as a co-planner.

Click on the person's name to add them as a co-planner

You must click "Save" to finish the process.
