Initial Navigation

Navigate to <https://www.pci.org> and Click "Sign In"

Enter your user name and password if you have one. If you do not, Click "Forgot Password.

Event Selection

Navigate to [https://www.pci.org/PCI/committeedays/](https://www.pci.org/PCI/PCI/Default.aspx?hkey=5f5b79b1-d05e-4f3e-81b9-7d333f487f66)Click "REGISTRATION NOW OPEN"

Scroll down until you see the "Register" button and click.

Registration Details

Select your registration type. If you will be attending multiple days, select "Full Conference" or the appropriate Daily Registration.

Answer the event questions. All those with an asterisk (\*) are required.

You must agree to the **PCI Code of Conduct, PCI Antitrust Policy** and the **Conflict of Interest Policy**. Click "I agree". Then click "Save Response". These questions are required in order to check out.

**Guest Registration:** To add a guest, click the "Add" button.

**Guest Registration:** Enter your guest's name, ADA needs, dietary restrictions, and food allergies/sensitivities. Don't forget to click the "Save Responses" button!

Program Selection

**Optional Activities + Meals:** If your registration includes the welcome reception or membership lunch, it will already be selected for you. If you are not planning to attend, simply click the "Remove" button.

**Optional Activities + Meals:** If you are a member of LPCI (current class or alumni) you and a guest may attend the LPCI Social event. Additional fee required.

Meetings are organized by track. Open each section to see the meeting and select those you plan to attend. Accurate counts allow us to schedule proper room sizes and seating.

If you are a part of the incoming LPCI class, you **must** attend the LPCI Kickoff meeting. Click "Add" to select it.

To register someone else from your company, scroll back up and click the "Register Someone Else" button.

Begin typing the name of the person you want to register and select them from the list. If they are not listed, contact you company administrator to add them or [membership@pci.org](mailto:events@pci.org).

Review the information and make changes if required. Click "Save & Close" to add the additional registrant. Important *Note: These changes will only appear on the badge. To make a permanent change, contact membership@pci.org.*

Select the appropriate registration type, answer the questions for them and make your selections in the Program section.

When everyone is registered, click "Proceed to Checkout" to move to the payment page.

Checkout and Confirmation

The items in your cart will show the event and the name of the person registered. You will not see the details on this page.

If you received a Promo Code, enter it in the field below and click "Apply". The total will be reduced by the amount of your discount.

Click "Submit Order" to finalize your registration.

You will see a summary of each person and all selected items on screen.

To send a copy to someone else, add the email address and click "Send".

You will receive a confirmation email from [info@pci.org](mailto:info@pci.org) with your details. You will also receive a second email confirmation with more details within 2 days.
