Select **State Compliance** from the sidebar menu

Locate the state on the list, set the toggle under the **State Emergency column** to **Active**, then confirm by clicking **Yes, confirm it** in the Activate Emergency Status dialog

To **deactivate**, locate the state on the list, set the toggle under the State Emergency column to **Inactive**, and confirm by clicking **Yes, confirm it** in the Deactivate Emergency Status dialog
