Navigate to [https://chatbot.meera.ai/home](https://chatbot.meera.ai/home)

Click **Campaigns**

Navigate to the campaign your lead belongs to and click **View Leads**

Click lead's **mobile number** to view details

Click **Change** next to the mobile number, **enter the updated number**, then click **Update Lead** to save the changes

Navigate to the **Send SMS** section and click **Start Prompt** to manually trigger the initial message to the updated phone number
