Select the student that you intend to enable/disable web access to.

Navigate to "Guardian and Student Account Access" by selecting "Student Profile"

This page displays a few different categories, to specifically only focus on student setup, refer the top section labeled "Student Access Account".

To enable student access, make sure that the checkbox is selected for "Enable Student Access"

To disable student access, make sure the checkbox is unselected.

You have the option to either manually assign IDs and Passwords for the student, or you can use the Auto-Assign feature for PowerSchool to auto generate a login.
To make the account active, ensure the checkbox is active. \ These will be the credentials the student needs in order to login to their account The PS Administrator will need to share these credentials with the student.
Student Access Accounts will prompt the student to reset their password after the first login attempt. Our recommendation would be to keep some sort of uniformity to the "Student Username" field but that is your discretion.

Verify all the information and select submit to save. This will give the student access
If the checkbox is unselected the student will not be able to access their PowerSchool Portal.
