We understand that errors can happen and aim to resolve them promptly. If you spot an issue with your assessment grade or feedback, first contact the Student Hub team or your lecturer for an informal resolution. If your grade has been confirmed, you will have received an email titled Ratified Marks, example below, and there’s still an issue, you will need to follow the steps to raise an academic appeal, as outlined in the guide.
