Submit Event Results

This guide provides essential instructions for event coordinators on how to efficiently submit event results through AnyRegistration. It outlines multiple methods for entering results, ensuring that data flows seamlessly into Dynamics CRM and updates Power BI reports. By following this guide, coordinators can streamline their post-event processes and maintain accurate reporting, ultimately enhancing event management and analysis.

Anyregistration

Following an event, the event coordinator will receive an email, via AnyRegistration, requesting the event results. **Within that email request, there is a link to the event that the coordinator can click to enter the results.** Note: The results flow into Dynamics CRM and onto Power BI reports. Below are alternate ways that post-event results can be entered in AnyRegistration.

From the dashboard, click the number box to view incomplete events and enter results there

Or, click on the event title to open the event's dashboard

Click the "Post Event Results" button

Enter the results from the event (enter zeros as needed) Click 'Save' - this collects the results and sends the data to CRM and populates Power BI reports
